We are committed to providing exceptional user experiences to our users. However, certain situations necessitate clarification:

Once a transaction is confirmed, cancellation is not feasible. However, Boundaryleague may, at its discretion, consider a Player's request for cancellation and refund under the following conditions:

The player can initiate cancellation by submitting a written request to Boundaryleague from the registered email address; or

If the cancellation request is received at least 2 days before the commencement of the round, a refund may be granted.

Refunds, approved by Boundaryleague at its discretion, will be processed after deducting any applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Players may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions at the time of the transaction, with such terms prevailing in case of conflicts.

Refunds are processed using the same mode/financial instrument as deposits and may take up to 5-7 working days for processing by the internal review team.

All winnings are subject to tax deductions ("TDS") under the Income Tax Act 1961, with details documented in TDS certificates provided to winners. Other applicable taxes, such as income taxes and gift taxes, must be paid by the Winners.

Boundaryleague reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
